Some items that came up tonight (8-11-2012)
* (summer) Another go at Osaka Ya, coming in before they close at 6
* Squeeze Inn, most likely the Power Inn, maybe West Sac location
* Raku Sushi in West Sacramento. I hear it's really good.

I'm a sucker for any place with complimentary unlimited chips and salsa. If Chando's has them, I'm IN (just not this wkend)

Shout out your favorite "complimentary" spots. I'm pretty sure some furs need and can afford it. :roll:

I've been there twice (the Arden one) and I have never even seen chips and salsa, let alone free and unlimited

There's always Beto's, the site of midnight tacos. I don't know if we've been there lately. The Ethan location is open 24 hours while the other location is near where Mallin lives. As far as I can recall the 24 hour location isn't near anything of interest except Hancock fabrics.

I always wanted to do the "midnight tacos" thing but as far as I know it hasn't happened since before I joined. Or I may have just missed it. (Of course, I can't eat tacos now and probably couldn't really enjoy it later either, so oh well.)

This is the one near Glet's former place? I haven't been to Beto's in 2 year, nor tried their fairly priced menu with chips and (salty) salsa. IIRC it's 24 hour drive thru at night. (not the greatest area). AdalBertos, La Fiesta, et al seems to have the same stuff (hours vary).

In addition, we need to hit Old Sac (not for food) when the weather gets cooler and closer to SATAN Day.
Is it safe?...Doubtful.

Not to big of a fan of Betos, but I usually get the same things. Would be down for trying something else on their menu. But I can't argue any taco, burrito, or quesdilla that is better then Chandos.

Things I would LOVE to attend in the near future;
Wonderful Chinese
California Burger
Mongolian BBQ

Those are my favorite places, for the dinner meets we do.
